Lecture on
"DISRUPTIVE PASSENGERS"
The Royal Aeronautical
Society Cyprus Branch is organising the above Lecture on Wednesday 20th of
October 1999 at the Laiki Cultural Center, in Makarios Avenue, Nicosia (Near
Woolworth) at 18.30hrs.
The subject of
"Disruptive Passengers will be presented by Mr. Roy Humphreyson who is the
Executive Manager of the UK Flight Safety Committee.
Mr. Humphreyson will
address the potential hazards encountered by the aircraft and crew from this
segment of passengers.
The lecture will cover the following
topics:
Introduction, the Law, the police, changes in the
society, pre-flight factors, in-flight factors, post flight factors,
prosecutions, UKFSC initiative, new Laws, international action,
discussion.
