The Engineering Department of Cyprus Airways has signed an agreement with the Middle East Airline for technical support.

Cyprus Airways Engineering will have the full technical responsibility for all the aircraft of MEA flying to and from Cyprus and the Engineering Department of MEA will have the technical responsibility for the Cyprus Airways aircraft flying to and from Beirut.

This is the first international technical co-operation of Cyprus Airways in such an extend proving the trust to the Engineering Department and their high standards.

The Engineering Department will be responsible for the after landing checks, any defects which may arise, departure checks and generally be accountable for the airworthiness.
MEA uses Airbus A320, A321 and A310 to fly to Cyprus.
