

Cyprus Airways Ltd is an airline based in Larnaca Cyprus, is a member of IATA and operates, as a scheduled airline within Europe, Middle East & Gulf areas.
A fleet of seven A320, two A319 and two A330 aircraft are operated under its own Air Operator Certificate and maintenance is carried out in house by Cyprus Airways Engineering Department, which is an EASA Part 145 Approved Maintenance Organisation. Cyprus Airways uses its own Part 145 approved Maintenance Organisation (Approval Ref: CY.145.002) to perform scheduled and un-scheduled maintenance work as defined in the company MOE and Sub-contracts major checks (C Checks and above) to Part 145 approved maintenance providers. The maintenance management responsibilities of Part M Subpart G continuing airworthiness management remain with Cyprus Airways Engineering and Maintenance Department.
Operations out of Larnaca and Paphos airports are fully supported by its own Engineering, Catering, Terminal, Ramp and Cargo services. Operation and Maintenance at destinations is supported by contracted services or by Certifying staff on board the aircraft.
Cyprus Airways is governed by a Board of Directors and is run by the Executive Chairman, the General Manager and the Accountable Manager with a team of Post Holders / Dept. Managers, responsible for both Flight Operations and Engineering Departments.

Cyprus Airways Approval as a continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation manages the maintenance of its A319/A320 and A330 aircraft, using the Approved Maintenance Program. It maintains a Certificate of Airworthiness of its aircraft, issues and amends the Maintenance Program for its aircraft, manages the embodiment of all mandatory requirements, and manages all the records to satisfy the requirements.
